Here’s what you need to do:
Daily Skincare Ritual
Start and end each day with a routine tailored to your skin’s needs. Cleanse, tone, moisturize, and don’t forget your sunscreen—it’s very necessary! Cleanse your face at night to remove the wear of the day and develop a nighttime routine that feels great.
Mindful Moments
Dedicate at least 10 minutes each day to mindfulness or meditation. This is your time to connect with your inner self and cultivate peace and serenity. Consider your nighttime skincare ritual an opportunity for “me” time. Massage and care for your skin as a way to unwind and practice self-care.
